DuBois and St Marys Location – Full Time

Job Description

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
  • Coordinate technician and management schedules according to work load demands
  • Be the initial contact for customers both entering and/or calling the office
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Coordinate project deliverables
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of services
  • Provide coordination support for operations team
  • Assists office management in maintaining files and databases
  • Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Perform other job duties as needed

Quoting & Accounts Specialist

DuBois Location – Full Time

Interested candidates should thrive in a team atmosphere, but be self-motivated and eager to learn. This position works very closely with both our operations and administrative teams to prepare accurate customer facing estimates, order materials based on engineered technical maps, and directly interact with customers regarding ordering.

Computer Network Specialist

St Marys Location – Full Time

We are looking for a motivated person to join our team and share our vision. This position would primarily operate out of our St Marys locations, working closely with our team. The Computer & Network Support Specialist’s (CNSS) primary role is to provide technical support for network issues and optimization, computer and peripheral hardware/software issues, and anti-virus software and firewall appliances. They will also conduct data restorations, schedule and perform backups, and assist in installations of network equipment and cabling. The CNSS will provide both phone and field support working directly with the customer.

Job Description

  • Provide client technical support or training for computer, system, and network issues
  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
  • Follow instruction to image, install, configure, repair, and replace computer hardware, components, software, and peripherals
  • Maintain test bench solutions, with the ability to prioritize projects effectively
  • Act as a link between customers, the office, upper level support, and management
  • Provide advice on most suitable IT options
  • Work in a variety of environments (indoors, outdoors, office, plants, etc.)
  • Collaborate with co-workers to maintain standards and functionality
  • Following a standardized service schedule including customer backups, updates, and routine maintenance
  • Answer and troubleshoot technical phone calls
  • Maintain exemplary documentation practices
  • Perform physical installations of rack mount servers and network hardware

Qualifications

  • High School or GED supplemented by college level course work in computing technologies or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience in network management and/or help desk support is preferred
  • Excellent documentation skills with emphasis on attention to detail
  • Maintain positive attitude with the willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, telephone, and face to face interactions with a focus on customer service
  • Excellent organization and coordination abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
  • Able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair problems utilizing expected problem-solving techniques with primary focus on solutions, not problems
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team atmosphere
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configurations
  • General knowledge of all Microsoft Operating Systems and components (Word, Excel, Whiteboard etc.)
  • General understanding of Antivirus software and Firewall appliances
  • Ability to perform physical duties as needed (climb ladders, pull cabling, etc.)
  • Technical field experience preferred
